Decanted Aromas operates as an independent retailer specialising in authentic designer and niche fragrance decants.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders or restrict access to our website where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, misuse or unlawful activity.

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and services.

2. Products and Authenticity

Decanted Aromas specialises in genuine fragrance samples and decants sourced from original retail perfume bottles.

All fragrances sold by Decanted Aromas are represented as authentic products.

Our fragrances are carefully transferred into independent sample vials or travel atomisers.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, products are not supplied in their original manufacturer's bottle, box or retail packaging.

Product photographs featuring original perfume bottles are used for fragrance identification and illustration purposes only.

We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, images, sizes and information are accurate. However, minor variations in packaging, atomiser appearance or product presentation may occur.

3. Fragrance Decant Sizes

Our fragrances are available in selected sizes, which may include:

  • 1ml

  • 5ml

  • 10ml

  • 20ml

  • 50ml on selected fragrances

Available sizes vary depending on the fragrance and are displayed on individual product pages.

Important: Our 1ml fragrance samples are supplied in 2ml plastic vials. As a result, the vial may appear partially filled despite containing the ordered 1ml quantity.

Customers acknowledge that fragrance decants are supplied in independent containers and not in their original branded retail packaging.

4. Orders and Acceptance

When placing an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.

After an order is submitted, you may receive an automated confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, pricing information is incorrect or fraud is reasonably suspected.

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Prices and Payments

All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).

Product prices may change without prior notice. However, changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Delivery charges and any applicable taxes will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers supported by Shopify.

Decanted Aromas does not directly store customers' complete payment card information.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors and contact customers regarding affected orders before fulfilling them.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Decanted Aromas currently delivers within the United Kingdom only.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Delivery: 1–3 working days after dispatch.

  • Premium Delivery: Faster delivery options may be available at checkout for an additional charge.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed.

Delays may occasionally occur due to courier disruptions, adverse weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

If you discover an error in your delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@decantedaromas.co.uk.

We will attempt to accommodate address changes where possible, but changes cannot always be made once an order has been dispatched.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights regarding delivery of goods.

7. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

We aim to ensure that every customer receives the correct products in satisfactory condition.

Customers may have statutory rights to cancel eligible online purchases within 14 days of receiving their order.

Decanted Aromas is an independent fragrance decant retailer.

We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorised by, officially associated with or endorsed by any fragrance manufacturer or brand featured on our website.

All trademarks, brand names, fragrance names and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

These names are used solely to identify the genuine fragrances being offered.

Our fragrance decants are independently prepared and supplied in our own sample packaging.

The original fragrance manufacturers are not responsible for the independent decanting, packaging, sale or fulfilment of products purchased through Decanted Aromas.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information, descriptions, images, prices and availability are accurate.
